It’s a bit different from a regular city office since we are out on a farm. There is a lot more space here, which is nice for a food business. Chattarpur is known for these kinds of setups. We handle all our culinary work from this location. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls. It’s more of a functional space that suits what we do. We spend our time managing the kitchen side of things and the logistics that come with it. Being in South West Delhi gives us a bit of breathing room compared to the more crowded parts of the city. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy slogan. We just show up at the farm every morning and get to work. Sometimes the roads around here can be a bit dusty or muddy if it rains, but we don't mind. Gastronomique Cuisines Private Limited is just a group of people who are serious about food and wanted a place that felt right. We don't do much in the way of advertising. We just focus on the food we make and the orders we need to fill. It’s a quiet place to work most of the time, and we like that about Chattarpur.
