Gagraj General Stores

We have been operating Gagraj General Stores for quite some time now at the New Friends Colony A-90 address. People around Tamoor Nagar usually find their way here when they need something quick for the kitchen or the house. It’s just a standard local shop, nothing fancy to look at. We open the shutters early in the morning before the sun gets too hot and we don't really close up until late in the evening. The shelves are pretty much packed from top to bottom with all kinds of stuff like soap, biscuits, and bags of flour. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped inside when a few people are trying to get down the same aisle. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure the stock is filled up and the floors are swept. You see the same neighbors coming in every few days. We know their names and what they usually buy. The building is a bit older and the paint on the walls is starting to peel in some spots, but it does the job. We spend a lot of time talking to the delivery guys who bring in the crates of bread and milk every day. It’s a lot of lifting and moving boxes around. There is always a layer of dust from the street that we have to wipe off the counters. It’s just a basic, honest place to get your daily needs met without any fuss.
