G K Chinese Food Corner

If you go down the Main Road in Lajpat Nagar IV, you’ll find us at 41450. We go by G K Chinese Food Corner. It’s a small setup, mostly for quick meals. We’ve got the big woks going all evening. The steam fills up the place and you can smell the garlic and onions from the sidewalk. It gets really busy around dinner time. People are always in a rush. We try to get the food out fast. It’s not a sit-down restaurant with waiters and white tablecloths. It’s more of a place where you grab a plate and find a spot to stand or take it away. We’ve been at this Lajpat Nagar address for a while now. The street can get pretty messy when it rains, but people still come by. We use a lot of local ingredients we find at the market nearby. The menu is written on a board by the counter. Sometimes we cross things out if we run out of a specific ingredient. It's just the way it goes. We don't have a fancy kitchen, just the essentials. It’s loud, it’s hot, and it’s always moving. We just focus on making the food hot and making sure people don't wait too long. It’s an honest way to make a living. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent food stall in the middle of a very busy city street.
