You can find us at D-20 in Lajpat Nagar-II. This part of Delhi is always moving, so there is never a quiet moment outside our door. We have a small office space where we handle all our international business. It is a bit cramped because we have files and samples taking up most of the room. We have been in Lajpat Nagar for quite some years now. The morning routine is usually just opening up, getting some tea from the stall nearby, and checking what needs to be shipped out. We deal with a lot of paperwork because of the nature of the business. It is not the most exciting work, but it keeps us busy. The neighbors are all doing similar things, so we all know each other. Sometimes the traffic is so bad that even a short trip takes an hour, but we are used to it by now. We do not have any fancy decorations in the office, just a map on the wall and a few chairs for visitors. Most of our time is spent on the phone or computer. It is a straightforward operation run by just a couple of us. We try to stay organized, though the desk usually ends up covered in pens and notes by noon. It is a typical day-to-day grind in a busy market area. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way without complaining much.
