Foodistto is tucked away on the third floor of G-32 in the Kalkaji Main Market. If you know the market, you know it’s always busy and finding our door can be a little tricky the first time. We’ve been operating from this spot for a bit, focusing on the food industry side of things. It’s not a restaurant where you sit down to eat. Instead, we’re mostly behind the scenes handling orders and logistics. The stairs up to the third floor are a bit steep, but it keeps us active. Being in Kalkaji means there’s always something happening right outside. We hear the traffic and the shoppers all day long. Our team is small, just a few people who really know how the food business works in this part of Delhi. We spend a lot of time on our phones and computers making sure deliveries are moving right. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we have a decent fan. We aren't trying to be some giant global corporation. We just want to make sure the food process works for the local vendors around here. Sometimes we grab lunch from the stalls downstairs, which helps us stay connected to what’s actually happening on the ground.
