Our office is over in Okhla Phase-I, specifically at F-89/8. We take up the first and second floors of this old building. It's a busy industrial zone, so there's always noise from the street and trucks moving around at all hours. Being an agent for a foreign company means a lot of emails and late-night calls because of the time difference. We spend a lot of time checking specs and making sure everything matches what the headquarters says. The stairs to the second floor are a bit steep and narrow, but we've gotten used to them over the years. It gets really hot in the summer, so the AC stays on pretty much all day long. We have a small team here of about eight people. Most of us have been working together for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there, just trying to do our jobs right. Sometimes the shipments get delayed at the port and that makes for a stressful week for everyone. We handle a lot of technical manuals and pricing sheets that are stacked up. Okhla is a tough place to navigate if you don't know the specific lanes. We've been in this building for quite some time now. Fagor Industrial India is just our local branch here. We keep our files tidy and our coffee pot full in the little pantry. It’s an honest living. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. No frills or fancy stuff.
