We’re based out of B-26 in Okhla Phase-I. It’s a busy industrial area, and our spot here at Fabindia Overseas is no different. There’s always people moving boxes and checking inventory. It’s not a quiet office; it’s more of a hub where everything comes together. We handle a lot of different products, mostly things that come from different parts of the country. Okhla can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to the turns, but once you find B-26, it’s pretty straightforward. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets, making sure things are moving where they need to go. It gets pretty hectic around here, especially when new shipments arrive. The air is always a bit heavy with the smell of textiles and cardboard. We don't really have a front desk with a receptionist and flowers. It’s more about the work being done in the back. Everyone here wears a few different hats. One minute you’re checking a list, and the next you might be helping move a pallet. It’s just how we keep things going. We’ve been in this Phase-I location for a while, and we’ve seen the area change a lot. But inside these walls, it’s still just about getting the products out to the stores. It’s a long day, but it’s good to be busy and get things finished.
