F N S Exports is tucked away at 59, Kalu Sarai Sarp Vihar. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to some other parts of the city. We’ve been here for a while now, focusing on getting goods ready for export. It’s mostly about checking the quality of the items before they get packed into boxes. We spend a lot of time on our feet in the back area. It isn't always easy, especially when a big order comes in and we have a deadline to meet. We just put on some tea and keep going until the truck is loaded. We don’t have a big PR team or anything like that. It’s just us. We deal with various products depending on what’s in demand. Some days are slow and we catch up on the bookkeeping, and other days it feels like we can't keep up with the messages. The space at Sarp Vihar is where everything happens, from the first check to the final sealing of the crates. We’ve had to learn the hard way about shipping routes and how to avoid the usual delays. It’s a practical business. We don't make big promises, we just try to do what we said we'd do. The neighbors know us as the people who are always moving boxes around. It’s a decent way to make a living, and we’ve built some good relationships with people over the years just by being consistent.
