Exotic Decor Pvt. Ltd. We are based out of E-5 in Greater Kailash Enclave-1. If you’re looking for us, we are down on the Lower Ground Floor. Being in a basement level means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is a relief when Delhi gets really hot. It’s a quiet part of the enclave, mostly residential around us, so it doesn't feel like the middle of a big city until you head out to the main roads. The office is pretty functional. We have our desks, our samples, and a lot of files. We don’t put on much of a show for people. We just focus on the work at hand. Most of our days are spent talking to suppliers or checking on orders. The space is filled with different fabrics and decor items that we’re currently working with. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped with all the samples lying around, but we know where everything is. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to packing up boxes. We like the neighborhood because it’s easy to get to, and there are some good spots nearby to grab a quick tea. We’ve been here at E-5 for a good bit now and it feels like home to the business. Nothing too flashy, just a workspace where we get things done.
