Most people think of the big shops when they hear the name, but this particular spot is over at Flat No-236 on Road No-7. It’s in Andrewz Gunj, New Delhi. It’s not really a storefront where you’d walk in and sit down to eat. It’s more of an administrative setup or a small hub for the local area. We’ve got desks and phones and people moving around all day. It gets a bit cramped sometimes because there’s a lot of paperwork and boxes. The traffic in Andrewz Gunj is always a bit much, especially during the afternoons. We’re just a small part of the bigger operation, handling things from this flat. It’s a bit unusual being in a residential-style building, but it works for what we need to do. The guys here have been working together for a few years now. We know the tea stall around the corner pretty well. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait around, but that’s just how it is. We aren't the ones making the food here, mostly just handling the back-end stuff that keeps everything else running. It’s a busy life in Delhi-49. We just keep our heads down and get the work done before heading home. There is no corporate polish here, just a lot of hard work in a small space. It is what it is.
