Domino'S Pizza India Ltd.

We are located in Sarita Vihar, over in New Delhi. This is one of those spots where there is always something going on. Most of our day is spent around the ovens and dealing with delivery orders. It gets really hot in the kitchen, especially when we have a lot of orders coming in at once. Sarita Vihar is a good neighborhood, and we see a lot of the same faces every week. Our staff is mostly younger people who are always on the move. We don't have much of a corporate feel here; it’s more about just getting the dough ready and making sure the bikes are out on time. The shop isn't huge, so when there is a rush, it feels very small. We spend a lot of time cleaning the counters and checking the supplies. The smell of bread is something you just get used to after a while. Sometimes the delivery guys have a hard time with the addresses around here, but they know the shortcuts by now. It’s a straightforward job. We show up, make the food, and go home. There isn't much to it beyond that. We aren't trying to change the world, just making sure people get their food when they are hungry. It’s a busy life in Sarita Vihar but we are used to the pace by now. We just keep the ovens going until it's time to close up.
