We are based at C-20 in Okhla Phase I. This part of Delhi is always moving. It’s an industrial area, so there are always trucks and workers everywhere you look. Our building is a simple structure where we handle the food business. We deal with a lot of dairy and food products, so we have to keep things very clean and organized inside. The warehouse area is usually the busiest part of the day. We have people coming in for deliveries and pickups from early morning until late evening. It gets quite loud with the machinery and the traffic from the main road in Phase I. Inside the office part, it’s a bit calmer but we’re still always busy with orders. We’ve been here for a good while and we know the neighborhood like the back of our hands. There are plenty of tea stalls and small lunch spots around where the staff goes during breaks. It’s a hardworking atmosphere. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. We just focus on making sure the food items are stored right and shipped out when they need to be. The Okhla heat can be a lot in the summer, especially in an industrial block, but we manage. It’s a practical location for us because it’s easy for transport. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
