Dish Hospitality,The Tasty Tangles

Our spot is a bit tucked away in Katwaria Sarai. If you are looking for us, we are at F-89, specifically in Room No. P5. It is under the name of Kamlesh Kumar, but we are also associated with Ranjit Chaudhary who looks after things here. This is where Dish Hospitality and The Tasty Tangles operate from. It’s not a large restaurant with tables and chairs for everyone. It’s more of a functional kitchen space where we focus on getting the food prepared. Katwaria Sarai is a very crowded area with narrow lanes and lots of students and young professionals living nearby. Our room is often filled with the smell of spices and the sound of pans hitting the burners. We have a few guys who handle the cooking and others who manage the orders as they come in. It can get pretty chaotic during the lunch and dinner rush. There isn't much room to move around when we have all the supplies delivered. We use every bit of space we have to make sure we can get the noodles and other dishes out on time. We don't have a big sign or fancy lights. People usually find us through word of mouth or by seeing the delivery bikes outside the building. It’s just a simple, hard-working kitchen trying to keep up with the daily demand.
