Dhaba Com

Dhaba Com is located on the ground floor of Plot No E 46-47/A in Dharam Colony. We are tucked into Palam Vihar, not too far from the Sector 23 A area. It is a decent-sized plot, and being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk right in off the street. Dharam Colony has a specific feel to it, a bit of a mix between residential and local business life. Our kitchen is usually going from early in the day because there is always something that needs to be slow-cooked or prepped for the lunch crowd. We don't have a big fancy dining room with waiters in uniforms. It’s more of a practical setup where the focus is on the stove and the food being served. The address E 46-47/A is where you will find us every day of the week. Sometimes the smoke from the cooking hangs in the air, but that is just part of being a dhaba. We have a few tables set out, nothing special, just sturdy furniture that can handle a lot of use. People from Sector 23 A often wander over because we are so close by. It can get pretty chaotic during the peak hours, with everyone talking at once and the sound of pans clanking in the back. We just keep our heads down and keep the orders moving. It is hard work, but we like being part of the Palam Vihar community.
