Cumsum Food Plaza

We operate out of 511-Chirg Delhi, which is actually the space of Mr. Bhardwaj, who is an advocate. It’s a bit of an unusual setup for a food plaza, but it works for us. Chirag Delhi is a place with a lot of history and very tight streets. Being C/O an advocate means we share the space with a lot of legal talk and stacks of paper files in the corners. It’s a humble spot. We don't have a massive kitchen with shiny gadgets. It’s more about the basics here. The address 511 is where you can find us when we’re working on the food side of things. It’s a small operation. We don't have many employees, just a couple of us doing everything from cleaning to cooking. Sometimes people get confused when they see the advocate’s name on the door, but they find their way to Cumsum Food Plaza eventually if they look hard enough. The air in Delhi is always a bit dusty, and our little corner is no different. We keep the fans running all day to stay cool. It’s not a place for a fancy dinner, just a practical spot for food when people are hungry. We focus on getting the daily tasks done and making sure we don't run out of ingredients. Mr. Bhardwaj is around often, so it’s a quiet, professional kind of environment most of the time. We just keep our heads down and cook what needs to be cooked.
