Crispy Tokri

If you are walking around the PVR Anupama Complex in Saket you might stumble upon us at Crispy Tokri. We are right there on the ground floor at Plot 17. It is a small space but we make it work. Saket is always moving fast and being near the cinema means there are always people around looking for something to eat. We spend a lot of our time prepping things in the back. The kitchen gets hot especially in the summer months but we are used to it by now. We don't have a big team or fancy uniforms. It is just a few of us making sure the food is ready when someone walks in. The complex itself is quite old and has a specific feel to it. We like being on the ground floor because it is easy for people to just pop in and out without having to deal with stairs or elevators. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting outside and it gets a bit crowded. We just try to keep things moving. Most of our day is spent cleaning up or getting the next batch of snacks ready. We don't spend money on big signs or anything. The name on the door is enough. It is a simple life running a food place in a busy part of Delhi. We just show up every day and do the work. That is our routine at Plot 17. Nothing fancy.
