Being on 60Feet Road in Badarpur means there is always something going on outside. Comesum Multicuisine Food Plaza is based right here at H.N. 1888. It's a bit of a trek for some, but for us, it's just where we show up. The first floor gets a bit warm in the summer. We handle a lot of food stuff, so it’s always busy. You can hear the bikes zooming past outside all day long. Badarpur is one of those places that never really sleeps. We have our routine. Clean the tables, check the stock, talk to the delivery guys. It’s not some fancy corporate headquarters. It’s a working kitchen and office space. Sometimes the orders get a bit mixed up because it's so loud, but we sort it out. We’ve been here at this address for a bit now. People in the area know the building. The 44 area code is home. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. Most of the furniture is just practical. We eat what we cook most days. It’s simpler that way. You see the same delivery drivers every morning. We just try to keep things moving. 60Feet Road is always packed, which keeps us on our toes.
