Citi Stores

Citi Stores takes up Shop No-30 and 31 on the main road in Safdarjung Enclave. We are quite near the Central Market, so there is always a lot of foot traffic. Having two shop spaces joined together gives us a bit more room than some of the other places nearby, but we still manage to fill it up completely with stock. We have everything from toiletries to packaged foods and kitchen basics. Safdarjung is a busy area with a mix of people, and we see everyone from students to long-time residents. The main road can be a headache with parking, so most of our customers just walk over from the nearby houses. We spend a lot of time unpacking boxes and trying to figure out where to put new items. It feels like there is never enough shelf space no matter how much we organize. The fans hum in the background all day to try and keep the place cool. We don't do any big promotions or anything like that; we just put the prices on the items and wait for people to come in. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everything, especially the small things that people expect us to have in stock all the time. Sometimes we make mistakes with the change or forget to order something, but we just fix it and keep going. It’s just a neighborhood general store at the end of the day.
