Chaat Studio Llp

Our little setup is near Beri Wala Bagh in Sarita Vihar. If you know the area, you know it’s a bit tucked away near Aali Vihar. We call ourselves Chaat Studio Llp, and we spend most of our time working with spices and snacks. The ground floor at A-144/A is where everything happens. It’s not a very big space, so things can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of orders to fill. We don't have a fancy storefront with big signs. It's more of a practical place where we get the work done. The smell of tamarind and roasted cumin is pretty much stuck in the walls by now. We started this because we liked the idea of making food that people eat on the street but doing it from our own spot. New Delhi is a huge city, and Sarita Vihar has its own local feel. We see the same people walking their dogs or going to the market every day. Sometimes the delivery bikes are lined up outside, and it gets a bit chaotic. We try to keep things simple. We don't have a huge staff, so everyone does a bit of everything. One minute you're packing boxes, and the next you're sweeping the floor or answering a customer's question. It’s just a regular local business trying to make a living. We don't have any big plans for world domination, just keeping the shop running and making sure the supplies don't run out.
