Chaat Bazaar

We set up Chaat Bazaar in the Saket District Center at A-3. It’s a very active area with lots of people coming and going for work or shopping at the malls. Our spot is right in the middle of all that action. We mainly focus on quick snacks that people can eat while they're on the move to the metro or their cars. It gets quite loud around here, especially in the afternoons when the office crowds come out for their lunch break. We have a couple of big metal counters where we prep everything fresh. It’s not the kind of place where you sit down for a long meal or a meeting. Most people just grab their plate and find a spot to stand nearby under the shade. We go through a lot of yogurt and tamarind water every single day. The staff is just a few of us who have been working together for a couple of years now. We know how to handle the rush, even when the line gets long and people start getting impatient. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients by 7 PM because we don't like keeping stuff overnight in the fridge. The space is a bit tight, and the floor can get a little messy when it’s busy, but we mop it whenever there’s a quiet moment. It’s just a basic food stall in a busy part of Saket for normal people.
