Campbell Restaurant Private Limited is based in the Tribhuvan Complex on Mathura Road. We are on the first floor, at 135, near Ishwar Nagar and the MCD Park. It’s a good spot in South Delhi. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or the dining area. It’s not a corporate chain with a million rules. We just run things the way we know how. The complex can get busy, but we have our routine. We've been here long enough that we know the regular people who walk through the park. We don't go for big fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook and serve food. It’s a lot of cleaning and prepping every single day. The first-floor location is handy for getting supplies in. We aren't trying to be the most famous place around; we just want to do the work properly. Sometimes the noise from Mathura Road is a bit much, but you get used to it after a while. Our team is just a group of regular people who like working in the restaurant business. We handle the bills, the cooking, and the cleaning ourselves. It’s a simple setup. We stay busy and we keep it real. If you’re near the MCD Park, you’ve probably seen our sign. That’s about all there is to it. We show up every morning and get things ready for whoever walks through the door.
