You can find us over at Sco 8, right on the first floor. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. Hospitality is a lot more than just people staying in rooms or eating food, it’s mostly about managing a hundred small things at the same time so nothing breaks. Our office is usually a bit of a disaster zone with schedules and delivery notes pinned all over the walls. The stairs leading up here are a bit narrow, so carrying heavy stuff up is always a bit of a chore for the guys. We spend most of our mornings on the phone with suppliers or checking if the staff showed up where they were supposed to be. It is not a quiet job at all. There is always someone knocking on the door or a phone ringing in the background. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee, and that is basically where we congregate when things get too stressful. It is just a handful of us trying to keep everything running smooth for the places we look after. We don't have a big mission statement or anything fancy like that. We just show up, try to stay organized, and handle the problems as they come up. Some days are better than others, especially when the paperwork actually matches the inventory we have on hand. It is honest work and it keeps us on our toes every single day.
