Boutique Luxury Homes

You can find us in the Manhattan Mall on the Delhi Mathura Road. We are on the upper ground floor in unit D-110. It is a bit of a walk if you are coming from the far side of town, but the mall is a big landmark so it is hard to miss. We spend most of our time looking at floor plans and talking to folks about where they might want to live next. Boutique Luxury Homes sounds like a big name, but really, it is just a few of us in a small office with some desks and a lot of papers scattered around. We try to keep track of what is being built over in Sector 20. The mall can get pretty loud on the weekends with the families coming in for the food and the movies, but during the week it is usually alright for working. We started this because we liked the idea of helping people find a decent place to stay. It is not always easy work. Sometimes the paperwork for these properties is a real headache. We have a small coffee machine that makes okay drinks if you catch it on a good day. Most of our day is spent on the phone or driving out to different sites. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few people trying to make sense of the local market. It gets busy, and sometimes we are late for our lunch, but that is just the way the job is. We have been at this mall for a while now and we know most of the security guards by name.
