Blue Foods

Blue Foods is located at D-16 in the Hari Extension, which is part of the Madrasi Colony in Jaitpur, over in the Badarpur area of New Delhi. This part of the city is always buzzing with activity. We’ve been here for a good while now, working out of this space. It’s a bit of a maze in these lanes, especially if you aren't used to the colony's layout. We mostly handle food-related stuff, as the name suggests. It’s not a fancy restaurant or a big showroom. It’s more of a place where we get the work done, whether it’s sorting through supplies or managing orders. The building is a regular structure in the extension, and we use most of the space for storage and daily operations. We have a few people who help out, mostly neighbors or people from the local area. There’s always someone coming or going with a delivery or a pickup. It gets quite noisy during the day with all the bikes and trucks moving around the colony. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just rely on the fact that we've been here for years and people know what we do. Sometimes things get a bit messy when we have a big shipment come in, but we clear it out soon enough. It’s a busy, cramped, and real kind of workplace. We just do our best to keep up with the demands of the city every day.
