We are based in Sangam Vihar, New Delhi, specifically at L-1st 388/7. If you know Delhi, you know Sangam Vihar is a very crowded and busy place. Blue Foods Pvt.Ltd is our name and we work out of a small space that’s always buzzing with activity. The heat in New Delhi during the summer makes the work even harder but we just get on with it. There are usually boxes stacked up near the entrance and the sound of scooters zooming by outside. We don't have a fancy office with a view. It’s just a practical spot where we manage the food business. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and checking on deliveries. The streets are so narrow here that getting a big truck in is almost impossible, so we use smaller vans to move things around. It’s a bit chaotic at times, but we have a system that works for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image or a shiny building. We just care about the food getting where it needs to go on time. Our team is small and everyone has to do a bit of everything. You might find us packing boxes one minute and answering emails the next. It’s a real grind but it’s how things get done in this part of town. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily orders without any fancy talk. It's loud, it's busy, and it's just our daily life here.
