We are based in Madangir, at F 145. It’s a family-run catering setup that we started right from our home kitchen area several years back. We mostly do local food for small gatherings, birthdays, and the occasional wedding in the neighborhood. We focus on the kind of food we grew up eating. It’s simple, hot, and made with fresh ingredients we get from the local market every single morning. We don't have a massive menu with fusion dishes or anything complicated. We stick to what we know how to cook well, like basic North Indian meals and snacks. My brothers and I do most of the heavy lifting, while the older folks in the family handle the recipes and the actual cooking to make sure the taste is right. It gets very hot in the kitchen, especially during the summers, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been at this Madangir address for quite a few years and people know where to find us. We don't really do much advertising; usually, someone eats our food at a friend's place and then asks for our number. That’s how we’ve grown over time. It’s a lot of work to keep the quality consistent, but we try our best every day. We aren't some big high-end company, just a local family trying to provide good meals. We take pride in the fact that our kitchen is clean and our food is fresh for every single order.
