We are based at House Number 108 in Sunlight Colony No-1, over in the Maharanibagh area of Delhi. This location is where a lot of the logistical side of our food business happens. It’s not a big fancy showroom, but more of a place where we manage the stocks and the orders that go out. There are always boxes being moved around and trucks coming in and out of the colony, which can make the neighbors a bit annoyed about the parking. We spend a lot of time checking inventory lists and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. The office part is pretty basic, just a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of phone calls. Since we are near Maharanibagh, the traffic on the main road is always a factor in our day. We have to plan everything around when the roads will be clear. The staff here has been together for a long time, so we all know how the routine goes without having to say much to each other. It can get pretty dusty with all the movement, so we are constantly wiping down the desks. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we are too busy keeping track of the food items and making sure the distribution side of things doesn't fall behind. It’s a lot of practical, everyday work that keeps the whole operation running behind the scenes.
