Bahety Overseas Pvt. Ltd. operates out of B-36 in Panchsheel Vihar Khirki. It’s a bit of an interesting neighborhood, a mix of residential houses and small offices like ours. Finding us can be a little tricky if you don’t know the lanes, but once you’re here, it’s just a normal office environment. We have a few computers that are a bit slow and a lot of binders filled with shipping documents and invoices. Since we do overseas work, there’s always a bit of stress about time zones and missing phone calls in the middle of the night. It isn't a high-rise office with a view of the city; it's just a practical ground-floor space where we keep our records and handle the logistics. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep track of where everything is in the world. Sometimes the courier guys are late and the internet cuts out, but we manage to get by. We don’t use any marketing fluff to describe what we do. We just facilitate trades and make sure the paperwork matches the goods. It’s a lot of sitting and typing and talking on the phone. We’ve been in Panchsheel Vihar for a bit now and we have a good relationship with the neighbors. It’s just a regular business day for us, most of the time, and we prefer it that way.
