Baca Rose

We are based at House No F 458 on Street No 22 in New Delhi, 110025. It’s a residential area, so it’s not like a big commercial shop you’d see in a mall. We’ve turned part of the house into our workspace for Baca Rose. It’s a bit tight in there, with boxes stacked up against the walls and a big table where we do most of our sorting and packing. The street outside can get pretty crowded with cars and scooters, especially in the evenings, but we’ve lived here so long we don’t even notice the noise anymore. We started this because we needed something to do from home, and it just grew into a small business over the years. It’s mostly just the family helping out when things get busy. We don’t have a boss or a human resources department or any of that. If something goes wrong, we just fix it ourselves. The neighbors are nice and they sometimes pop in to see what we are working on. We don’t have a big sign outside, just the house number. We like it that way because it keeps things low-key. We spend our days answering the phone and making sure everything is in order. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until night. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
