We've been here in South Extension Phase-II for a good while now. The office is tucked away on the second floor of E-27. It is mostly just us working with all sorts of arts and crafts items every single day. Some days are much busier than others, especially when a big shipment of stock arrives and we have to haul it up the stairs. It is not a fancy place by any means, just a practical workspace where we get things done without much fuss. We handle a lot of traditional pieces and items people like for their homes. Being in South Delhi means people drop by once in a while, though the stairs can be a bit of a workout if you aren't expecting it. We try to keep things organized but with so many small items and boxes everywhere, it is always a bit of a challenge to stay tidy. The staff knows exactly where everything is kept, even if it looks like a mess to someone walking in for the first time. It is just how we operate. We don't spend money on big signs or loud advertisements. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby and know the area. It is a steady job and we like the items we handle. There is always something new to look at or pack up for a customer. We just keep moving forward, doing our bit here in the local market. It’s a relatively quiet corner, mostly away from the main road noise. Just a regular business doing what we know.
