Arts Ware

Our place is over at A/26 in East of Kailash. Arts Ware is basically just a spot where we keep and sell various items people might need for their homes or projects. The building is an older one and we’ve been here long enough that most of the regulars don't even need to look at the sign anymore. It’s not a showroom or anything like that. It is more of a practical space where things are stacked up on shelves. We handle the daily stuff that comes in and goes out. Sometimes it's a bit of a mess with boxes everywhere but we know where everything is located. The street outside can be a bit tight for parking so most people just pull up for a minute and hop out. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the inventory. If you walk in, you’ll probably see me at the back checking some lists or moving some crates around. We try to keep things simple and don't spend much time on decorating the shop front. It’s about the items we have in stock. The afternoon sun hits the front window pretty hard so we usually keep the shade down halfway. It's a quiet enough area during the middle of the day but picks up in the evening. We just do our work and go home without any fuss or trying to be something we are not.
