Our place is at B-54 in Lajpat Nagar-I. It’s a residential-style building that we’ve converted for our business needs. We deal with lifestyle products and home items. The rooms are filled with samples of fabrics and different things people use to decorate their houses. It’s a bit of a maze inside because every corner has something new tucked away. We don't have a big storefront with a window, so you have to know where you're going to find us. Lajpat Nagar is a very lively area, and the market nearby is always packed. We like being here because there’s so much energy around us. The staff consists of just a few of us who really like looking at textures and colors. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. Sometimes we sit on the floor to look at new samples if the tables are too full. We aren't a big chain or a corporate giant. We’re just a small group trying to find nice things to sell. We drink a lot of coffee and sometimes the boxes pile up so high we can’t see the clock on the wall. It’s a bit disorganized at times, but we always manage to find what the customer is looking for in the end. It’s a cozy way to run a business and it suits us just fine. We don't spend much on advertising, mostly just people telling each other about us.
