Ambassdar Sky Chef Air Catering

We are located at 78A in Madangir Village. It’s a crowded area with narrow lanes and a lot of noise. You wouldn't expect a catering business to be tucked away here, but it works for us. The village has a life of its own. There are stalls selling all kinds of things right outside our door. Our building is a bit old, but we keep the inside clean. We spend most of our time dealing with food prep and logistics. It’s hard work and the hours can be very long. We don't have a big corporate office. It’s just a functional space where we can get things done. The kitchen area is the main part. We have people coming in and out all day long. Madangir is a lively place to be. You hear the sounds of the neighborhood all the time. We’ve been here long enough that the local people know us. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook and pack and move things along. It gets hot in there, especially in the summer months. We use big fans to keep the air moving. Our desks are covered in lists and delivery notes. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. We don't have any marketing people or fancy brochures. We just focus on the daily tasks. It’s a simple operation run by people who know hard work.
