Al Ahdia Food Private Limited

Al Ahdia Food is based in Abul Fazal Enclave Part 2, which is over in the Jamia Nagar area of Okhla. Our address is 113/1 Block C, and it is a typical neighborhood spot. The area is very crowded and the streets are always full of people and scooters. We have a small setup where we handle food preparation and packaging. Most of our work is done in the back where we have some large stoves and prep tables. It is not a very modern place, just a functional one that gets the job done. We deal with a lot of local suppliers for our ingredients, so there is always someone coming in with a bag of onions or a crate of spices. The smell of cooking is always there, and it sticks to your clothes. We are part of the local community here in South Delhi, and most of the people working here live just a few streets away. It is a family-like atmosphere, though we definitely have our share of arguments when things get busy. We do not have any big titles or fancy uniforms. We just wear what is comfortable and get to work. Dealing with the traffic in Okhla is the hardest part of the day. Once we are inside the shop, we just focus on the food and the orders.
