M-Block Market in G.K.-II is a place where you can find almost anything. Our office, Adi Biotech Private Limited, is located at M-53 on the second floor. It’s right above the shops, so we get to hear the sounds of the market all day. The stairs are a bit narrow, but you get used to them after a while. Inside, the space is divided into a few rooms where we do our thinking and planning. It’s not a fancy lab or a polished corporate suite. We have our computers, a few chairs for visitors, and a lot of notebooks scattered around. The market outside is always full of people, especially in the evenings when things really pick up. We often go down to grab a quick bite from the local vendors when we’ve been working too long. Being in G.K.-II means it’s a nice area, but our office itself is very basic and practical. We don't have a big team, so it stays relatively quiet inside despite the noise downstairs. We spend a lot of time on research and coordination. It’s a lot of sitting and focused work. Sometimes the neighbors in the building pop in to say hello. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights outside. Just a small plate on the door so people know they’ve found the right spot. It works for us and keep us close to everything we need.
