4 S Punjabi

We are 4 S Punjabi, located right here in Saket. It’s a busy neighborhood, and our shop is just one of many along the street, but we’ve managed to carve out our own little space. Every day is a bit different depending on how many people walk in, but the work stays the same. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen or standing near the front, greeting people who have been coming to us for years. There’s no corporate manual or fancy uniforms; we just wear what’s comfortable for a long day of work. The chairs are a bit old, and the fans make a clicking noise that we’ve stopped noticing, but it feels like home to us. We don't put much effort into being "the best" or anything like that; we just focus on making sure the food tastes right and the place is clean enough. Sometimes the delivery guy is late, or we run out of a certain ingredient, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. It’s a local business run by local people, and we don't pretend to be anything else. We enjoy the busy lunch hours and the quiet moments in the late afternoon when we can finally sit down and have a meal ourselves. It’s just how we live and work in Saket.
