Our place is at 8, Kalitala Park in the Bansdroni area of Kolkata. It’s a quiet spot, away from the main road noise. We’ve been here for some time now, offering consultancy services to whoever needs them. The office is basically a ground-floor space that we’ve converted to fit our needs. It’s got that old Kolkata feel with high ceilings and heavy wooden doors. We don't have fancy air conditioning in every room, just the main ones where we sit. Most of our day is spent talking to people or going through paperwork. It can get a bit slow during the humid summer months, but we keep the fans on and keep working. We know the neighbors around Kalitala Park quite well. Sometimes they drop by just to chat or ask for help with something small. It’s that kind of neighborhood. We aren't some big firm with branches everywhere. We are just here in South Kolkata, doing our bit. The local fish market is close by, so the smell of lunch cooking in the nearby houses often wafts in. It makes it feel like home rather than just an office. We don't have a big HR department or fancy policies. If there's work, we do it. If there's a problem, we talk it out. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We like the pace here and the people we deal with on a daily basis.
