Our office is located at A-60 on New Raipur Road, right near the Garia post office in Kolkata. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to work. We deal with jobs and helping people find where they need to be. The space inside is filled with desks and a few old chairs that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at screens. Since we are in Garia, we get a lot of locals dropping by to ask questions. Kolkata is a city that never really stops, and our little corner on New Raipur Road is no different. We handle a lot of data and resumes, trying to keep everything straight. It’s not always easy keeping up with all the changes in the market, but we do our bit. The walls have a few posters and there is usually a stack of newspapers on the table. We don't have a big reception area or a coffee machine that makes lattes. Usually, it's just tea from the stall nearby. We’ve been at this for some time now and know the area well. Sometimes the noise from the road gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a week or so. It’s a practical place for practical work. We just show up, do what needs doing for the day, and head back home to our families when the sun starts to set.
