We are based in Kolkata, specifically at 3D in the Priyadarshini Apartment on Garia Station Road. Being in Garia means we are right in the thick of things in this part of the city. Our office is inside the apartment building, which gives it a more personal, less cold feeling than a typical office park. We handle human capital management, which basically means we deal with people and jobs all day long. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and meeting with folks who come by. The Garia Station Road area is always noisy and full of life, which we’ve grown to appreciate over the years. We aren't a massive agency with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller team that knows how things work around here. We don't use a lot of corporate buzzwords or try to act more important than we are. We just try to help people find their way in the job market and help companies find the right staff. The office is a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of visitors, but we make it work. It’s a honest living, and we take it one day at a time. We’ve been at Priyadarshini Apartment for a while, so we’re a settled part of the neighborhood now. Just plain people doing a plain job, hoping that we can make a difference in someone's career path without making a big deal about it.
