Our place is number 84 in the S.G. Complex in Murthal. It’s right in the middle of the industrial estate. It’s a noisy area with a lot of manufacturing going on around us. We handle auto parts and related stuff. Usually, the floor is covered in some kind of grease, no matter how much we try to clean it. It’s just the nature of the business. I started working here after finishing school, and eventually, I took over more of the daily operations. We don't have any big signs or neon lights. People find us because they know we're in the complex. The traffic in Murthal can be pretty bad, especially with all the big trucks moving through the estate. We spend most of our time sorting through inventory and helping people who drive in with broken parts. It’s a lot of lifting and moving heavy boxes. Sometimes the air conditioning in the small office area breaks down, and it gets quite hot in there. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to handle social media. We just answer the phone and talk to whoever walks through the door. It’s a practical way to run a business. We see a lot of the same faces every week. Mechanics and local drivers mostly. We keep things simple and try to stay organized, though some days the paperwork piles up on the desk faster than I can handle.
