Jai Roop Narrow Fabrics

Jai Roop Narrow Fabrics is based at Plot- 110 Phase-1 HSIIDC. We’ve been set up in this part of the industrial area for quite some time now. As the name says, we focus on narrow fabrics, which means our place is constantly filled with reels, tapes, and different kinds of webbing. It’s a lot of thread everywhere. If you walk into Plot 110, you’ll see rows of machines that don't really stop until the end of the day. It gets loud, and the vibration is something you just learn to ignore after a week. We’re in Phase-1, so the infrastructure is older, and sometimes the roads out front get a bit flooded during the rains, but we manage to keep the machines dry. We aren't interested in being the biggest company in the world. We just want to make sure the fabric we’re putting out is decent and that our workers are treated fair. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a group of people who have been doing this for years. We eat our lunch together and talk about family or the news. It’s a very normal, practical environment. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We make narrow fabrics, we pack them into boxes, and we send them out. That’s the whole story of our daily life here at the HSIIDC plot.
