Our place is at 1913 C in the HSIIDC Industrial Estate over in Rai. It’s a big area, so you have to look for the number, but most people find Ridhi Auto Industries Pvt. Ltd. without too much trouble. We spend most of our time out on the floor dealing with auto parts. It's a lot of metal and machining, so there is always a bit of a racket. The estate is busy, and we are right in the thick of it with all the other factories. We aren't a corporate office with fancy desks. We have a small space for the books, but the real work happens where the machines are. Sometimes the inventory piles up near the door, and it gets a bit cramped, but we manage. We’ve got a steady crew of workers who know the machines inside out. We don't really do much talking; we just get on with the production. Life here revolves around the shift bell and the delivery trucks. It gets a bit chaotic when several orders are due at once, but that’s just how the industry works. We like being in Rai because it’s a central spot for the trade. Most of our neighbors are doing similar work, so we fit right in. It’s a no-nonsense environment where the goal is just to finish the day's tasks properly.
