Fiem Industries Ltd. is over at Plot No. 1915. We are in the Rai Industrial Estate, specifically in Phase V. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other factories and warehouses. It is a place of production. We don't have a storefront for shoppers. It is more about the manufacturing that happens inside the plot. Phase V is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the main city, but it is where all the industrial action is. We have a lot of space at Plot 1915 to do our work. The days here start early and go on until the shift is done. We are part of a big network of industries in Rai. You can hear the sounds of machines and trucks all day long. It is a busy atmosphere. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations for the office. Most of the focus is on the floor where things are actually being made. We have our own way of doing things here. It is about being practical and efficient without all the corporate fluff. The Rai Industrial Estate has its own rhythm. We have been part of it for a long time. People who work here know the area well. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and making sure the plot runs smoothly. It’s just a standard industrial setup where we get things done every single day.
