We are located in Sonepat, in a place called Mohalla Jatwara. It’s in ward number one, right near the Parjapati Chopal. This area feels more like a residential neighborhood than a big business district. We have been here for a long time. Our work involves making lights and other parts for vehicles. The building is older and doesn't look like those new modern offices you see in the big cities. We prefer it this way because it’s where we started. Everyone around here knows us by name. We don't have a big human resources department or fancy titles. We are just a group of people who come in every morning and do our jobs. The chopal nearby is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us. Sometimes in the evenings, we sit out for a bit before closing up. We don't really have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we've been here for years and people know what we do. The work can be repetitive, but it’s what we know. Sonepat has grown a lot since we first opened, but our little corner in Jatwara stays pretty much the same. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We don't need much else to be happy with our work here.
