Flex Auto Industries

You’ll find Flex Auto Industries at 147, Phase IV, Idustiral Estate, HSIDC Kundli. It’s a big area filled with factories, so there’s always the sound of trucks and machinery in the air. We’ve been operating out of this unit for some time now. Our work is mostly about making parts for the auto industry. It’s repetitive and physical, but we are used to it. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings and oil. We don't have any air conditioning in the main work area, just big industrial fans that move the hot air around. We start our shifts early to get the bulk of the heavy work done before the midday heat hits. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We don't have fancy furniture or a decorated lobby. The office is just a small corner with a couple of desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We deal with suppliers and transport guys all day long. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of life in an industrial estate. We keep things simple and just focus on meeting the daily production numbers. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do here in Kundli. Every day is about checking the machines and making sure the orders are ready on time. We just keep pushing through the workload.
