Norma Steel & Alloys Pvt. Ltd. is found at Plot No.-459 in the Kundali Industrial Area. It’s a tough environment, working with steel all day. The heat from the furnaces is no joke, even on the cooler days. We’ve been at this spot in Kundali for a while. The area is pretty packed with other companies, but we just stick to our plot and get the work done. You won’t find any shiny showrooms here. It’s a steel yard, so there is raw metal everywhere and the ground is mostly dirt and gravel. We deal with different alloys and it takes a lot of watching the temperature to get it right. Some of the guys have been here since the beginning and they know the quirks of the old equipment we use. It isn't a glamorous job. You go home with grit under your fingernails every day. The paperwork is mostly just kept in a small cabin near the front gate. We don't spend money on fancy brochures because everyone who comes here already knows what we do. Kundali can be a bit chaotic with the traffic, especially when the big trailers are trying to turn into these narrow plots. We just try to keep the workflow moving so things don't pile up too much. It’s just a lot of heavy lifting and making sure the melt is right. Sometimes we stay late when a big order needs to be poured.
