Kumar Steels Inc.

Kumar Steels Inc. is located at 344Export Promotion Industrial Park Kundli. It’s a wide-open area with a lot of big trucks moving in and out all day. Working with steel is heavy, loud, and can be pretty tiring, but it’s what we’ve always done. We aren't some big conglomerate with offices in every city. We just have this one place where we keep the stock and handle the orders. The yard is usually full of pipes and sheets, so you have to be careful where you walk. We spend a lot of time checking the loads coming in to make sure they are what they should be. Kundli is a bit far out, but it’s a good spot for logistics since the highway is right there. The weather can be a bit extreme, freezing in the winter and boiling in the summer, which makes working in the yard a bit of a challenge. We have a small office attached to the warehouse where we do the invoices and drink far too much tea. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just sell steel. If we have it, we tell you. If we don't, we try to find it. It’s a basic business built on just showing up every morning and doing what needs to be done. We’ve made some good friends in the trade over the years and we plan to stay here for more.
