Jagdamba Cutlery Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No. 153 I&J in the Hsiidc Industrial Area of Epip Kundli Dist. It’s a large area and we have a good amount of space for our production. Making cutlery involves a lot of metal and heat. Our days are filled with the sounds of pressing and polishing. It’s a noisy environment, but we are used to it. Kundli is a bit of a trek for some, but it’s where the space is. We have been working out of this Hsiidc plot for years. We aren't some fancy lifestyle brand. We just make forks, knives, and spoons that people use every day. Our focus is just on the production line. If the machines are running, we are happy. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend all day fixing them. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy. We all just pitch in where it’s needed. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings by the afternoon. We clean it up and start again the next day. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We don't have a mission statement on the wall, just a clock and some safety notices. We focus on the metal and the molds, making sure the shapes are right before the boxes get packed for delivery. It’s just honest, industrial work at Plot 153. We keep our eyes on the pieces and the count, nothing more.
