We are located at 19/1, New Colony in Sonepat, Haryana. If you are looking for us, we are right behind the SBI Agri Branch on Railway Road. Jrm Steels Pvt. Ltd is where I spend most of my waking hours. It’s an industrial sort of place, as you’d expect for a steel business. The 131001 area is full of activity, especially with the trains going by on the railway road. There is always a bit of dust in the air from the steel and the trucks coming in and out. The office part is just a small section of the building where we keep the ledgers and the phones. It’s not very quiet because of the machinery and the traffic outside. I’ve been working here for quite a few years now. Sonepat is a tough place but the people are hardworking. My desk is usually covered in invoices and delivery notes. Sometimes the tea boy comes around, and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We don’t do much advertising; people just know we are behind the bank. It’s a practical location for getting things on and off the trucks. I deal with the suppliers and the local buyers who need steel for their projects. It’s heavy work, even the paperwork feels heavy sometimes. We just keep the gates open and get the orders filled as they come in. It is just the way we do things here every day.
