You can find us over in Karnik Nagar, Solapur, at S. D. Paricharak’s place. We have set up shop in Plot 30/172 and it has been our base for all things agriculture for a while. Solapur can get pretty hot in the afternoons, so we usually start our work very early to beat the heat. We are a producer company, which basically means a group of us working together to make sense of the farming business. It is a lot of coordination and talking to different growers in the area. We are not a big outfit with hundreds of employees. It is just a few dedicated people who know the land and the crops. Sometimes we sit around the table for hours trying to figure out the best way to move the produce. The office is tucked away in a residential area, so it stays quiet most of the time unless we have a delivery coming in. We do not bother with fancy brochures or expensive marketing plans. Our focus is on the daily tasks at hand, like checking quality and keeping records. It is a steady pace of work. We deal with the ups and downs of the seasons just like any other farmer. People stop by, have some tea, and we talk business. It is how things are done here in Solapur. We just want to keep things running for everyone.
